What should I do if my order is missing?

If your order was not automatically recorded, you can easily request a user claim.

Here's how:

  • Wait at least 24 hours after your purchase

  • Log in to your user account

  • Go to the “Transactions” section, then “User claims” and then “Request user claim

  • Select “Missing transaction

  • Fill out the form completely and upload the order confirmation (PDF or screenshot)

Important for user claims:

  • The request must be received by us within 90 days of the order.

  • The order must have been placed via Rabattcorner on the desktop version or with the browser extension activated.

  • Retroactive bookings are not possible if you made your purchase via the shop's app.

  • If you used an unauthorized voucher, no cashback can be granted.

Once we have received your request, we will forward it to the shop. Depending on the partner, the review process can take up to 90 days – we will keep you informed.
