Whether a transaction is confirmed or declined is always decided by the respective partner shop—not Rabattcorner. There are various reasons why an order may be declined.
The most common reasons are:
You canceled the order, returned the goods, or exchanged them
→ In such cases, you will not receive any cashback because no full payment has been made.
The order was assigned to a different marketing channel.
→ This happens, for example, when using external coupon codes or if you used a comparison portal (e.g., for flights or hotels) in between.
What can you do?
If you are unsure why your transaction was rejected, you can submit a user claim request (rejected transaction) using our form. We will then clarify this directly with the partner shop.
