In some cases, the amount recorded for your transaction differs from the amount actually paid—this is normal depending on the partner shop and can have various reasons.
Possible causes:
If you have returned or canceled part of your order, the amount recorded will be adjusted retrospectively to the actual value of the goods
Most shops only award cashback on the net order value
→ Not included are for example Shipping costs, VAT, other taxes, or fees
Some shops record transactions exclusively in Swiss francs, even if you paid in euros or US dollars, for example
Do you believe that none of these reasons apply to you?
Then you are welcome to submit a user claim using our form, stating “Incorrect amount” as the reason. We will then review the transaction together with the partner shop.
