After you have made a purchase, the partner shops check each transaction and only confirm it once all deadlines for delivery, returns, and payment have expired. This process is very individual and can take different amounts of time depending on the shop.
What you need to know:
Confirmation usually takes between 1 and 12 weeks
For hotel, car rental, or flight bookings, confirmation takes 8–12 weeks after the travel date, as travel platforms have to wait for feedback from the hotel or provider.
Some shops—e.g., Sunrise, Media Markt, or Ackermann—take up to 180 days to process transactions.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on these processing times.
If your transaction has not been confirmed after 90 to 120 days, please contact support and we will clarify the matter directly with the partner shop for you.
