When you submit a user claim, your request is first reviewed by our technical service provider and then forwarded to the respective partner shop.
The processing time varies depending on the shop—some partners respond quickly, while others need more time.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the duration of the shop's review process
However, we will endeavor to forward your request as quickly as possible and keep you informed
The process is the same for regular transactions – here too, confirmation can take up to 90 days in most cases
For hotel and travel bookings, confirmation often takes 8–12 weeks after the stay
