It's best to wait until the next day and then check whether the transaction has been recorded automatically. If not, you can simply submit a user claim.
If you still cannot select the partner shop after 24 hours, this partner generally does not process user claims (e.g., SWISS, TEMU, AliExpress). You can also find this information in advance in the “Important Information” section of the respective partner shop.
