As soon as your cashback balance reaches at least CHF 20, you can easily initiate the withdrawal via your user account.
Here's how it works, step by step:
Go to the “Withdrawal” section in your account
Click on “Withdraw”
Enter your cell phone number – you will receive an SMS code for confirmation
Enter the code and confirm – done!
Important:
Only confirmed transactions count toward your withdrawable balance
No withdrawal can be made without a correctly stored cell phone number, bank account, or PayPal account
We use the SMS service from Twilio. If you do not receive a code, you can alternatively use the Twilio Authy app to generate a code
After confirmation, the money will usually be transferred to your account within 1 to 2 business days.
