If your purchase is not being tracked, it is often due to tools that block tracking, such as ad blockers, VPNs, private DNS services, or anti-tracking plugins. For cashback to work correctly, these features must be disabled before you make a purchase.

What do I need to disable?

  • Ad blockers & anti-tracking tools: e.g., Adblock, uBlock Origin, Ghostery, DuckDuckGo, Privacy Badger, AdGuard

  • VPNs and proxy services: e.g., NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Opera VPN, Cloudflare Warp

  • Security software with ad blockers: e.g., Kaspersky Protection, Norton Internet Security, Avast Online Security

How to deactivate by browser:

Chrome (desktop & mobile):

  • Click on the puzzle icon (extensions) in the top right corner.

  • Disable the ad blocker by clicking on the pin icon or open the tool's settings.

  • Or go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Website Settings → Content and check the ad and tracking blockers.

Firefox:

  • Open the menu in the top right corner (☰).

  • Go to Add-ons and Themes → Extensions

  • Disable all tracking or ad blocker add-ons here

  • Additionally: Set the protection mode to Standard in the privacy settings

Safari (iPhone/Mac):

iPhone: Settings → Safari → Content Blockers, disable all

Mac: Safari → Preferences → Extensions, disable there

Ensure that under Privacy → Cross-site tracking is disabled

Edge:

  • Click on the menu (...)

  • Go to Extensions and turn off all blockers

  • In Privacy, Search, and Services, set “Tracking Prevention” to Default or Off
