Settings to ensure your transactions are automatically recorded

Rabattcorner uses third-party tracking technologies to automatically recognize your purchases. However, sometimes your cashback may not be recorded. This is often due to your browser or device settings.

To ensure that everything works smoothly, please note the following:

⚠️ Enable cookies

Cookies must be enabled in your browser so that we can correctly assign your purchase.

Important: Make sure to accept cookies for each partner shop after being redirected. This is the only way to ensure that your order is recorded correctly.

Allow tracking

Some browsers (e.g., Safari) offer the option to block tracking. Make sure that this is allowed (e.g., in Safari under “Settings → Privacy”).

Disable ad blockers & anti-tracking tools

Programs such as Adblock, uBlock, Ghostery, or AdGuard block cashback tracking. They must be completely disabled. An exception for Rabattcorner alone is not sufficient, as tracking also takes place on the shop page.

Check your firewall/antivirus software

Security programs such as Kaspersky Protection, Norton Internet Security, or ZoneAlarm may also block cashback. Disable the relevant functions or allow advertising and tracking for our site.

No private/incognito mode

These can prevent tracking and thus prevent the automatic recording of cashback. We therefore recommend not using Rabattcorner in incognito mode.

Optional: Delete cookies & history

If you want to be absolutely sure, delete your browser history and cookies before each purchase. This will prevent old data from interfering.

Extra tip:

Create a separate browser just for cashback purchases. Use it exclusively for orders via Rabattcorner and follow the points above. This will almost guarantee that your cashback is recorded.
