If everything worked, your order will usually be recorded within 24 hours and will appear in your user account as “pending.”
Once the partner shop has checked your order and confirmed payment, your cashback will be confirmed and credited to your account. Depending on the shop, this usually takes up to 90 days, depending on delivery, cancellation, and payment deadlines.

For hotel and travel bookings, confirmation is usually received 8 to 12 weeks after the stay
If your transaction has been pending for more than 12 weeks, please send your booking or order confirmation as a PDF or screenshot to our support team – we will then check with the partner shop.
