What does my transaction status mean?

Your transactions go through four different statuses at Rabattcorner – here we explain what they mean:

The four statuses at a glance:

  • Pending

    Your order has been recorded and is being checked by the partner shop. This can take up to 90 days for most partner shops (even longer for travel).

  • Confirmed
    The shop has confirmed your order – the cashback amount has been credited to your account.

  • Paid

    The cashback has already been transferred to your bank, Revolut, or PayPal account.

  • Rejected

    Your transaction has not been accepted by the shop. The most common reasons are:

    • You canceled the order or returned the goods

    • You used an unauthorized coupon

    • The payment was made too late

    • The order was assigned to another marketing channel (e.g., comparison site)

Note:

For hotel and travel bookings, confirmation often takes 8–12 weeks after your stay.
